Travel
I will travel up to 25 miles from Lisbon and Calhoun in Brookfield, WI at no additional charge if included within chosen package. Distance will be determined by Google Maps. Additional mileage cost will be $0.50/mile round trip (price subject to change).
A hotel room will be required to be provided for either the night before or after if traveling more than 65 miles one way for an event. (night before if rehearsal is involved) All flight and room/stay costs must be covered for me plus my assistant for a minimum of four nights if air travel is involved
